Planning a turkey dinner? Like many cooks, you may feel overwhelmed at the prospect of carting home a 20-pound bird, followed by several days of thawing time and hours of roasting before the final big carving. But preparing a turkey meal doesn’t have to mean a week-long undertaking. In fact, it can come together in minutes – when you start with quick-cooking and versatile turkey cuts.

These days, turkey is available in a multitude of convenient cuts, ranging from breast meat to drumsticks. Turkey breast cutlets and fillets make perfect substitutes in recipes that call for chicken breast, while the meaty thighs add rich flavour to a variety of entrées, including our Spicy Turkey Risotto.
