good idea to keep a few basic supplies on hand in the event of
an unexpected emergency. In addition to a good first aid kit for
your home, car and office, keeping a minimum of a three-day supply
of food and water for you, your family members and pets is recommended
by disaster planning experts. Use these tips to help keep your
emergency pantry in top shape!
Stock up on non-perishable foods
that are ready-to-eat. Here are some ideas:

Store about 4 litres of bottled
water per person per day in a cool, dark place. Remember to
replace your water supply every six months.

can opener in your pantry.

can store, but they are more expensive.
- If you are disaster planning for
