Choose snacks that provide lots of nutrition, a little bit of protein, good fats, fibre and is ideally less than 200 calories. Here are some tasty and health snack ideas:
    - fruit and vegetables always make healthy picks
    - fruit and yogurt
    - veggies and dip (hummus, tzatziki or a favourite dressing)
    - apple slices with nut butter
    - pretzels and hummus
    - steamed soybeans like edamame
