Chocolate
- From about now to Valentine’s Day is chocolate season. A healthier way to enjoy chocolate is with a cup of homemade hot chocolate. It’s perfect on a cold day and is the ideal drink to carry in a travel mug to the rink.
- To make an all-natural version, use real cocoa or dark chocolate, mix with a little sugar and stir into low fat milk or soy milk. Fry’s cocoa powder includes full directions right on the package.
- Save fat calories by topping with a couple mini marshmallows or dark chocolate shavings instead of whipped cream.
