Yogurt Popsicles
- Yogurt is an extremely versatile food with endless application in meals. Even if you don’t enjoy it, you can benefit from its nutritional value by adding it to all kinds of meals and snacks.
- Homemade yogurt pops are a handy snack to have in the freezer – even in the winter. Adults and kids enjoy them.
- To make – simply choose any flavour of yogurt, fresh or frozen fruit and juice, blend and pour into popsicle molds. Great combinations include: vanilla yogurt, bananas and orange juice OR strawberry yogurt, strawberries and cranberry juice.
