Adding Tofu to Meals
- Tofu is a super quick, healthy protein option on busy nights.
- If you haven’t tried it lately, here are a couple easy and delicious meal ideas.
- Tofu vegetable stirfry – panfry the tofu in sesame oil first to make it crispy, use your favourite vegetables and flavour with sauce
- Crumbled tofu in a really flavourful tomato-vegetable pasta sauce (you could even add a little Italian sausage)
- Add small cubes of tofu to savoury soups
