Baked
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

170 mL jars Western Classics marinated artichoke hearts, drained,
finely chopped
1 300 g pkg Western Family frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry, finely
chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
15 mL Western Family lemon juice 1 Tbsp
125 mL Western Classics light mayonnaise-style dressing ½ cup
125 mL fat-free sour cream ½ cup
250 mL Western Family grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
30 mL bread crumbs 2 Tbsp

Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C).

In a medium bowl, mix together artichokes, spinach, garlic, lemon juice,
mayonnaise, sour cream and
Parmesan cheese. Pack into a small
baking dish or oven-proof crock.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
5.
Serve with slices of baguette, Western Family crackers or tortilla
chips and/or vegetable sticks.
