Soy Shake
250 mL fresh B.C. Brand Blueberries 1 cup
250 mL So Good Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup
125 mL Western Family Ultimate 1/2 cup
French Vanilla Yogurt
250 mL ice cubes 1 cup

Combine all ingredients in
blender until smooth.

Serve in a summertime glass with a straw, garnished with
2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
