creamy mango lime smoothie
375 mL skim or 1% milk 1 1/2 cups
125 mL Western Classics 1/2 cup
French vanilla yogurt
500 mL fresh mango chunks, frozen 2 cups
30 mL fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
grated fresh ginger root or ground ginger to taste (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more milk as desired.
3. For a thicker smoothie, add 3 to 4 ice cubes.
Makes 2 servings.
