Almond Bark

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Whole almonds, toasted
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Club House Pure Almond Extract
  • 170 grams White Chocolate, broken into pieces

Directions

Toss cooled toasted almonds with Club House Pure Almond Extract, set aside.

Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl, uncovered, at medium (50%) power for 4-6 minutes, stirring often to help melt chocolate.

Stir in almonds then pour onto waxed paper lined baking sheet. Chill until firm (about 2 hours). Break into 1 inch small pieces.

TIP

**To toast almonds in microwave, spread on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high power for 2-4 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant, stir every 2 minutes.
