Blueberry, Yogurt & Cheerios Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Multigrain Cheerios
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Source Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) ice water

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
TIP: For a greater protein boost add ¼ cup of soft plain tofu or protein powder to the mix.
