Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15mL) olive oil
  • 2 medium chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 jar Patak's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
  • Rice to serve
  • Naan to serve
  • Cilantro to garnish

Directions

Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Dice 2 medium chicken breasts and pan-fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 3-4 mins). Pour sauce over the meat, stir to mix well and simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
