  1. USE A VARIETY OF CURED MEATS

Experiment with different flavours and textures by bringing variety to your charcuterie board.  Try San Daniele® Prosciutto, San Daniele® Smoked Prosciutto and Mastro®  Salamis both hot and mild.

  1. LOVE YOUR BREAD & CRACKERS

Add flat breads, crostinis or breadsticks – or better yet, a delicious combination of them all!

  1. CHEESE PLEASE!

Italian cheese (chunked, diced or sliced) complements any Salami and Prosciutto charcuterie board.  Use a combination of a mild cheese (provolone) or a sharper cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano cheese)

  1. GARNISHES

Remember to add your favourite garnishes including fresh fruits (grapes, figs and sliced pear), pickled vegetables or olives.
