


DIY Collagen & Protein Gummies


If you use a Jello

Pour the contents of the Jello pouch into a medium mixing bowl.

Add 1 cup of boiling water to the Jello powder. Stir for about 2 minutes until the powder is completely dissolved. Also, stir in 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and mix well.
If you use a Gelatine

Warm the juice (don’t boil, just warm). Slowly whisk in the gelatin until it is fully dissolved.

Add lemon juice.

3. Add one scoop of collagen.
4. Pour into silicone molds (or a small dish).
5. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
6. Pop out and enjoy!
