Easy Pizza Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Olympic Organic Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Olympic Yogurt 6% plain
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each garlic powder and oregano
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 4 Casa Mendosa Whole Wheat Wraps
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) diced red peppers
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Western Family pizza mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Western Family pepperoni sausage, sliced
  • Western Family Marinara sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese with yogurt, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread mixture evenly over wraps.
  3. Sprinkle with red peppers, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Roll up tightly and wrap in cover in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  5. Slice each into 6 pieces and fasten each pinwheel with a toothpick.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.

Tips:

  • Make it vegetarian by omitting the pepperoni and adding 1/4 cup (60 mL) diced sundried tomatoes or sliced olives.
