Ingredients
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
4 Ciabatta Buns, toasted
4 Lemon Dill Salmon Patties (from Save-On-Foods Seafood Dept.)
4 Butter lettuce leaves
4 Slices vine ripened tomatoes
4 Thin slices red onion
1 tbsp Olive oil
Directions

Garlic Mayo:
In a bowl, combine, mayo, garlic and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until needed.

Assemble Salmon Burger:

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to med-high heat.
  2. Add oil and Salmon Patties.
  3. Cook 4-5 min on each side or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 70°C.
  4. While patties are cooking, toast Ciabatta Buns.
  5. On the bottom bun, spread some of the Garlic Mayo.
  6. Place a Salmon patty on the bun.
  7. Top with Butter Lettuce, Vine Ripened Tomatoes, and Red Onion.
  8. Spread Garlic Mayo on top bun and close to finish the burger.
