1 1/2 cup Peaches, peeled and diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1 to 2 tsp Jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Lime juice, fresh
1/3 cup Cilantro, chopped, loosely packed
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. For best results let sit at least 30 minutes before serving
