Superfries with Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (650 g) McCain Superfries Crinkle Cut
  • 1 package (300 g) Western Family frozen spinach
  • 1 can (398 mL) Western Family artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) Western Family cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (3 mL) garlic powder
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) kosher salt
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) hot sauce

Directions

1.Preheat oven and cook Superfries according to package instructions.

2.Boil spinach in 1 cup of water until tender. Drain and chop spinach.

3.Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute, until it is hot and soft. Stir in the spinach and remaining 7 ingredients. Serve with hot fries.

Tip: Try topping the fries with dip for a nacho style dish, or use it as a spread on sandwiches.
