Tostitos Pulled Pork and Pineapple Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 320 gr bag of Tostitos Rounds
  • 1 455 gr package Western Family Pulled Pork, cooked according to package
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (240 mL) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup (240 mL) Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsps (30 mL) Western Family Sririacha BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the Tostitos chips.
3. Top the chips with the pulled pork and sprinkle over the red onion and pineapple.
4. Top with the 2 cheeses and a drizzle with the BBQ sauce.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.   Top with the fresh cilantro and serve.

Hint:  You can also add sour cream and salsa to this dish.
