Tropical Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) container Oikos 2% Key Lime Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) of each kiwi and mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded toasted coconut

Directions

  1. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread yogurt in layer about 1/4-inch thick over parchment.
  2. Sprinkle with kiwi, mango, walnuts and coconut. Freeze for at least 3 hours or up to overnight until firm and frozen through.
  3. Break or cut into bite-sized pieces. Store in airtight container in freezer.

Tips

  • Switch up the Oikos Key Lime Greek yogurt for Oikos Vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • To substitute 2% Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt, stir in 1/4 cup honey before spreading on parchment.
