Ingredients
250ml Budweiser Zero
250ml BBQ Sauce
2 medium onions, sliced
2lbs boneless pork loin roast
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp garlic salt
125ml apple cider vinegar
24 slider buns
Directions
  1. Combine onions and Budweiser Zero in a slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, black pepper, and garlic salt.
  3. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over all sides of meat and rub into meat.
  4. Place meat in cooker, cover and cook 8 to 10 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
  5. Shred pork loin using two forks. Return meat to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir in BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar, and heat through.
  7. Spoon meat onto buns with a slotted spoon. Drizzle with sauce mixture as desired.
