Cheesesteak fans will love this backyard burger twist on the classic.

The Poolside Burger

¼ cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
4 beef burger patties (1 lb.)
1 onion, sliced into ¼-inch-thick rings
1 green pepper, cored and sliced into ¼-inch-thick rings
4 Kraft Singles Process Cheese Slices
4 hamburger buns, split
¼ cup Heinz Garlic Aioli
Heinz Yellow Mustard
Directions
- Heat barbecue to medium heat. Mix ketchup and hot sauce until blended.
- Grill patties, onion and pepper slices 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160°F), brushing with ketchup mixture on each side in the minute of cooking.
- Place Singles on top of burger patties; top with onions and peppers. Add buns to barbecue. Close lid and grill just until cheese is melted and buns are toasted, about 1 minute.
- Fill buns with topped burgers and aioli.
Tip: Top burgers with any additional toppings and condiments you love, such as lettuce, tomatoes, sliced pickles, extra Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Heinz Yellow Mustard or Heinz Sweet Relish.
