Ingredients:
Maple Dijon Salmon Marinade
- 2 salmon fillets (6 -8 oz each)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Chipotle Steak Marinade
- 2 steaks of choice
- 2 chipotle peppers
- 2 Tablespoons adobo sauce (from the chipotle pepper can)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tablespoon Worchester sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Coconut Curry Chicken
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 400mL can coconut milk
- 1-2 Tablespoons red Thai curry paste (adjust to preference)
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 handfuls fresh cilantro
Directions:
Maple Dijon Salmon Marinade
- Add salmon to freezer safe zip bag. Label the bag.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the marinade ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, in the zip bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Transfer the sealed bag to the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To enjoy for dinner, thaw the entire bag in the fridge.
- Grill on medium heat until salmon reaches 145F.
Chipotle Steak Marinade
- Add steak to freezer safe zip bag. Label the bag.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the marinade ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the steak, in the zip bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Transfer the sealed bag to the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To enjoy for dinner, thaw the entire bag in the fridge.
- Grill on medium- high heat until steak reaches desired doneness.
Coconut Curry Chicken
- Add chicken breast to freezer safe zip bag. Label the bag.
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the marinade ingredients.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts, in the zip bag, removing as much air as possible.
- Transfer the sealed bag to the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To enjoy for dinner, thaw the entire bag in the fridge.
- Remove excess marinade and grill chicken on medium heat until 165F.
