Striploin Steak Tacos with Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 Family pack of Striploin Grilling Steaks
15 Authentic Street Tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cajun seasoning blend
2 mangos, diced
1 red pepper, diced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 shallot, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 tsp seasoning salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
Juice from 2 limes
Optional toppings: 2 cups storebought or homemade coleslaw, more cilantro
Directions
- Preheat a grill to high heat. Allow the steaks to come to room temp and then pat dry. To both sides, drizzle with olive oil and rub in your desired seasoning blend.
- Sear on the preheated grill, cooking on each side for approximately 4-5 minutes for medium rare. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes while you warm the tortillas and prepare the salsa.
- Combine the mango, red pepper, cilantro, shallot, jalapeno, seasoning blend and the lime juice. Mix well.
