Directions
Ingredients:
Simple Syrup (makes 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup WF Single Origin Sumatra ground coffee
- 4 scoops WF Signature French vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- To brew espresso, using a Moka pot, add 180 ml water to the bottom half of the pot and add ¼ cup ground coffee to the funnel of the pot.
- Tighten the top of the pot to the base and place over medium heat.
- Brew espresso for 5-7 minutes or until the chamber is filled with coffee.
- Place two ice cream scoops into each glass.
- Pour one shot of hot espresso over the ice cream in each glass.
