Corn, Mango & Lime Salsa

2 tomatoes, cut into quarters, seeds removed
1 garlic clove
1 handful fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed
2 tsp sugar
The kernels of 4 cobs of corn
2 mangoes, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 can of Lime Montellier sparkling water (355 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a food processor, mix tomatoes with garlic, cilantro, jalapeno and sugar.
- In a bowl, mix corn kernels, mangoes, red onion and Lime Montellier.
- Add tomato mixture in the bowl, mix and season to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips

Directions
