




Spring Fresh Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 mangos
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
Toppings
- orange segments from 1 1/2 oranges (I used blood oranges & navel oranges)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1/2 banana
- drizzle honey
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mango: Peel and dice the mango
2. Blend: In a blender, combine the diced mango, Greek yogurt, milk and honey. If you want a colder smoothie bowl, add ice cubes as well.
3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little of milk to reach your desired thickness.
4. Pour into Bowls: Once the smoothie mixture is smooth and creamy, pour it into serving bowls.
5. Add Toppings
Energizing Green Bowl:
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup milk
- ½ to 1 cup ice
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
Toppings
- banana slices
- shredded coconut
- chia seeds
- almond butter
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the banana
2. Blend: In a blender, combine the diced bananas, spinach, milk, dates and almond butter.
3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little of milk to reach your desired thickness.
4. Pour into Bowls: Once the smoothie mixture is smooth and creamy, pour it into serving bowls.
