1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
1-2 Salmon Fillets
Directions
  1. Put marinade ingredients in a resealable bag, add salmon fillets.
  2. Seal bag, and gently massage ingredients together to fully coat salmon.
  3. BBQ for 5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is fully cooked and flaky OR Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until fully cooked and flaky OR place in the freezer and thaw when you’re ready to cook.
