Ingredients
1 Pineapple
Lime juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) Caramel sauce
Western Family French Vanilla ice cream
Mint leaves, fresh
Directions
- Pre-heat the barbecue to medium heat.
- Cut pineapple into 8-10 slices, depending how thick you want them.
- Oil the grill and place the pineapple slices on barbecue.
- Grill each side for 3-4 min, until grill marks are visible. Make sure to not burn!
- Once complete, remove from barbecue and put on a serving plate.
- Squeeze lime juice over each pineapple slice.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream for each slice.
Then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with fresh mint. Enjoy!
