Potato Chip Chicken Drumsticks with Bacon Wrapped Tomatoes

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Sea salt and pepper

3 eggs

2 cups Western Family wavy potato chips, crushed

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 pint of tomatoes

5 slices of Ready Crisp bacon

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

Potato Chip Chicken Drumsticks

Dip the chicken into the flour mixture, coating completely.
Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, coating completely.
Dip the chicken into the crushed potato chips, coating completely.
Place on the cookie sheet.
Melt the butter and drizzle evenly over the top.
Bake in the oven at 400 F for 40-50 mins.

Bacon Wrapped Tomatoes

In a bowl, toss tomatoes with oil and seasonings.
Wrap each tomato in a piece of bacon and secure it with a 1/2 toothpick.
Bake at 375 F for 25 mins.
