Treat yourself and your loved ones with some sweet Baby back ribs marinaded and seasoned with CattleBoyZ Seasonings and sauces!

Ingredients
4 & ½ pounds of Baby-back ribs
½ cup Chicken Broth
½ Soy Sauce
½ cup Sugar
5 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
½ cup CattleBoyZ Gourmet Seasoning & Rub
CattleBoyZ original barbecue sauce
Directions

STEP 1

Prepare the meat by gently pulling off the silverskin.

STEP 2

Combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, ½ cup of sugar, vinegar, olive oil and garlic in a large bow or measuring cup to create the marinade. Place the prepared ribs in deep bottom pan. Pour the marinade over the meat and ensure that both sides are coated before refrigerating it overnight. (Turn the meat occasionally to ensure an even marinade)

STEP 3

Take the ribs out of the fried, drain the marinade and pat it dry. Apply ½ cup of CattleBoyZ Gourmet Seasoning & Rub making sure to coat all sides of the ribs. Pat the seasoning and rub in with your fingertips for a thorough application.

STEP 4

Place the ribs on a preheated grill (about 200F) and grill them covered, over indirect medium heat for about 30 minutes per side.

STEP 5

Move the ribs to direct heat baste the ribs with CattleBoyZ Original Barbecue Sauce. Continue to turn and baste the ribs occasionally until done, around 20 – 40 minutes longer or until the pork is tender.
