Ingredients
Approximately 4 cups of seedless green grapes
1 Meyer lemon - zested
1 tablespoon Meyer lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons sugar/simple syrup/honey
Directions
  1. Wash grapes and remove from the stem. Place a single layer of grapes on a tray lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
  2. Freeze until solid (overnight) but for a minimum of 4 hours.
  3. Add the frozen grapes, juice, zest and sweetener of your choice to a blender.
  4. Blend until sorbet is smooth in consistency. Be careful not to blend too much or the grapes will warm and melt.
  5. Place in a container in freezer until ready to serve.
