Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf of Crusty bread
1/2 cup Western Family shredded cheddar cheese
6 tbsp Unsalted butter, softened
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Combine butter, garlic and salt in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Add the parsley to the garlic butter.
- Cut the bread on a diagonal into 2cm/1″ diamonds but do not cut all the way through the bread
- Drizzle the garlic butter into the cracks of the bread and stuff in the cheese throughout.
- Wrap with foil and bake for about 15minutes until the cheese has mostly melted, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes
- Serve immediately.
