2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
6 pineapple rings
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 F and grease your donut pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and honey.
- Add in both flours, the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt, and mix until well combined.
- Line each donut tin with a ring of pineapple and top with the batter until ¾ full.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean
