Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
1 250 g pkg Western Family Cream Cheese Brick, softened
1 stalk of Celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) Sriracha hot sauce
Rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup (250 ml) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips, crackers, carrot and celery sticks, bread for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425F (218C)
- In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, melt the cream cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Add the Parmesan, celery, sriracha and chicken and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle the crumbled cheddar cheese on top. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bread, carrot and celery sticks.
Hint: You can use light cream cheese in place of the regular cream cheese.
