1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp grated ginger root
3 Tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1-1/2 lb (675g) beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/3 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1/3 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Mix barbecue sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Thread meat onto 6 skewers. Discard marinade.
- Grill skewers 6 min. or until meat is done, turning after 3 min. Remove from barbecue.
- Cook peanut butter, coconut milk, chili sauce, crushed pepper and remaining Worcestershire sauce in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve with the meat skewers.
