Tostitos Pulled Pork and Pineapple Nachos

1 320g bag of Tostitos Rounds
1 455g package Western Family Pulled Pork, cooked according to package
1/2 cup (120 mL) fresh pineapple, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup (240 mL) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup (240 mL) Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 tbsps (30 mL) Western Family BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh cilantro, chopped

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the Tostitos chips.
- Top the chips with the pulled pork and sprinkle over the red onion and pineapple.
- Top with the 2 cheeses and a drizzle with the BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top with the fresh cilantro and serve.
Hint: You can also add sour cream and salsa to this dish.
