Ingredients
1 Pineapple
Lime juice
1/4 cup (60 mL) Caramel sauce
Western Family French Vanilla ice cream
Mint leaves, fresh
Directions
  1. Pre-heat the barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Cut pineapple into 8-10 slices, depending how thick you want them.
  3. Oil the grill and place the pineapple slices on barbecue.
  4. Grill each side for 3-4 min, until grill marks are visible. Make sure to not burn!
  5. Once complete, remove from barbecue and put on a serving plate.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over each pineapple slice.
  7. Top with a scoop of ice cream for each slice.

Then drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with fresh mint. Enjoy!
