Ingredients
60g red bell peppers, julienne
110g leek, soaked with water and drained, julienne
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic
4 tbsp sherry, dry
450g top sirloin steak, cut into strips
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
- Stir fry beef for 5 minutes. Add garlic and dry sherry.
- Add in vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in Oyster Flavoured Sauce and Soy Sauce. Mix well.
- Cook until heated through.
