What is My Offers?

My Offers is a site where you can find digital coupons to help you save money and earn points on your weekly grocery bill. Each week new offers will be available on many of the brands you love. The process is as simple as 1, 2, 3 – Login, Load, and Shop!

1. Go to SaveOnFoods.com, click on My Offers, and sign-up or sign in with your More Rewards account. Alternatively, download our app and select My Offers.
2. Click ‘load to card’ on the offers you’re interested in or click ‘load all’ to load all available offers..
3. Finally, pick up the items that you selected offers for at Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare and when you checkout, show your More Rewards card to the cashier, or scan it when using the self-checkout. My Offers can also be used when placing an online grocery order through saveonfoods.com, pricesmartfoods.com, and urbanfare.com.

All the offers you loaded to your card are automatically applied to your bill – saving you money on every trip.

Logging In & Creating an Account

Q1: How can I participate in the My Offers program?
A1: This is super easy! If you don’t have a More Rewards card you can get one at any Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare store or sign up via MoreRewards.ca. Once you complete the online form on MoreRewards.ca, a More Rewards card number will be issued to you. To download offers to your More Rewards card at SaveOnFoods.com or through the app, you’ll need to first set up an account on MoreRewards.ca.

Q2: How do I create a My Offers account?

A2: To access My Offers, go to SaveOnFoods.com, click on 'Deals', then then 'My Offers' and select 'Register'.. Be sure to have your More Rewards card number and your email address on hand.
Complete the information on the form and click on “register” at the bottom of the page. Once you have a More Rewards account and a More Rewards card number, you are ready to log in to the My Offers program  and start saving!

Q3: Why do I have to log into My Offers every time on the app?

A3: We fixed it! Log in once and you’re good to go! You can quickly load to card and browse your offers while you shop. Browsing & Loading Offers to your More Rewards Card

Q4: How can I view and load offers to my More Rewards card?
A4: It’s easy to load offers to your card! Click here to visit the My Offers site. You can also find it by clicking on 'Deals' at the top of the SaveOnFoods.com home page. You can also load offers on the Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods, and Urban Fare app. You MUST sign in to load offers to your card. Please note that most offers are available on the site starting early Thursday morning before the ad begins. **Be sure to remember your password as you will need to sign in to your account any time you want to view and manage your offers. If you forget your password, you can have it reset by clicking the “forgot password” link. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.**

Q5: There is a digital offer advertised in the flyer, where can I find it online?
A5: Advertised digital offers are available on the My Offers site early Thursday morning, go to SaveOnFoods.com and click on My Offers. Look for the “Hot Offer” item.

Q6: How do I see all of the offer details?
A6: Click “more” on the offer, to see the rest of the offer details.

Q7: Are offers loaded automatically to my card when I click login to load?
A7: No, you need to log into your My Offers account- go to offer and click “load to card”, or click ‘load all’ to load all available offers under the My Offers tab. To load Sponsored offers, you must individually load all the offers you are interested in.

Q8: Can I use my smart phone to view and use the My Offers site?
A8: If you are using a smart phone, you can access the My Offers website directly, or through the Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare app. Get it here. Through the app, you can also add your More Rewards card to your digital wallet on select smartphones.

Q9: How do I know if an offer has been loaded to my card?
A9: First, you MUST sign in to your My Offers account. Once signed in, click on Loaded Offers, there you can view your Active Offers to see a list of current offers available on your More Rewards card.

Q10: How long do I have to wait before I can use the offers loaded to my More Rewards card?
A10: Once loaded to your card, digital offers are available for immediate redemption at your local Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare. Please keep in mind that the offers must be added to your card before your transaction begins at the register for check out. Offers stay on your card until you redeem them or until they expire.

Q11: Can I load an offer onto my More Rewards card multiple times or redeem it on multiple purchases?
A11: Most offers may only be loaded onto your More Rewards card once and are valid for a single, one-time purchase only. However, there are times when a digital offer is available for use multiple times. If the offer is available for multiple uses, it will be indicated in the offer description.

Q12: Why do some offer seem to “disappear” from the site after I log in?
A12: Once you load an offer to your More Rewards card and redeem it in the store, it is no longer available for you to load from the site. If you are not logged in at the time you visit the My Offers page, you will see all of the available offers. When you sign in, the system recognizes your More Rewards card and then only displays those offers that you have not yet loaded or redeemed.

Q13: I recently saw an offer on the website and now it’s no longer there. How can I find it?
A13: Our offers typically run Thursday to Wednesday, unless otherwise indicated, so the offer may have expired. Some offers have a clip limit. The manufacturer supplies us with a limited amount of offers and once that amount has been clipped on our site, it is removed. However, you can always see your Active Offers, Redeemed Offers and Expired Offers by clicking on Loaded Offers.

Note: there is a 24 hour delay after you redeem an offer, before it will appear in the Redeemed Offers section of the website.

Q14: How do I remove digital offers from my More Rewards card?
A14: Digital offers you’ve loaded to your card stay on your card until they are redeemed or until they expire. If you would like to remove an active offer from your card, go to My Offers, then Loaded Offers, then click on remove from card to remove an offer.

Q15: How do I know when the offers expire?
A15: The offer expiration date is displayed at the bottom of each offer.

Q16: Can I use paper manufacturer coupons with my digital offers?
A16: Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods and Urban Fare accept valid manufacturer-issued coupons, as long as the terms of the coupon are met and the purchase falls within the guidelines of our stated coupon policy. Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods and Urban Fare strive to maximize savings for its customers by allowing customers to visit our website to download manufacturer-issued digital offers to their registered More Rewards card. We are aware that many shoppers participate in coupon sharing blogs and websites that promote additional savings by combining their digital and paper coupon offers. Currently, we allow the redemption of such offers unless expressly prohibited by the terms and conditions printed on the coupon. And, as noted in our policy, store managers may limit paper coupon redemption at their discretion.

Q17: Why do I only have one Mega Deal (formerly V.I.P Coupon)?
A17: Your Mega Deal (formerly V.I.P Coupon) offer can be loaded once and used multiple times.

Redeeming Offers

Q18: How are my digital offers shown on my receipt?
A18: Your offers are triggered when the cashier presses the total key on the cash register, or when you check out using the self-checkout. Offers always come off first before any paper coupons are processed. These offers will be displayed on the receipt under the qualified item purchased as myoffers.

Q19: What happens if the offers discount does not come off my purchase?
A19: We make every effort to ensure our digital offers are easy to understand and use. If an offer does not come off, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

 1 - Wrong item purchased. Most digital offers are for a specific size or variety of an item. To make sure the item you purchased was included in the offer, you’ll want to sign into your My Offers account. If the offer is still listed under your Active Offers, check the item you purchased to make sure it’s the correct size, variety, brand, count, etc. Also check the description of the offer to make sure the proper quantity was purchased.
2 - More Rewards card not scanned/coupons loaded to another card. Make sure you used the correct More Rewards card at the checkout. Please check the More Rewards card number printed on your receipt to ensure the proper card was scanned. It is also possible that your More Rewards card is linked to another household member who may have already redeemed the offer. If the card number is correct, please log in to My Offers to verify that the offers are loaded to your card, then visit the customer service desk for assistance.
3- The digital offer value exceeds the price of the item. Due to ongoing price changes for everyday sales and/or Price Plus discounts it may be possible that the sale price of an item turns out to be less than the value of the digital offer. For example, there may be a $1.00 digital offer for an item, but our current sale price on that item may be $.99. If this occurs, the digital offer will not deduct because its value exceeds the item price. While we do our best to prevent such errors, they may occur and we strive to correct them as quickly as possible. Please visit the customer service desk for assistance.

Q20: I redeemed an offer, but it isn’t showing up in the Redeemed Offers section of the site when I log in. Where did it go?
A20: There is a 24 hour delay from when you redeem an offer to when it will appear in the Redeemed Offers section of the site.

Q21: Can I use my phone number in store to redeem my offers?
A21: Yes, you can. 

Online Shopping

Q22: How do I redeem my loaded offers during an online order?
A22: Ensure you have met all the requirements for the offers you want to redeem, including adding the correct products (size, variety, brand, count) to your cart. Please note that the “My Offers” you have loaded to your More Rewards card will not be reflected in your order summary but will automatically redeem when your order is fulfilled. When your order is processed in store, your loaded offers will automatically redeem, and you will see your savings and earnings appear on the receipt you receive at time of pick-up or delivery.

A25: While manufacturers continue to offer paper coupons for extra savings, many brands are increasing the availability of offers that are only available digitally/electronically. Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare is pleased to bring these extra savings to customers through our website. We realize that some customers may not have immediate access to the internet. Please visit the Customer Service desk at your local Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare and they will assist you in loading digital offers to your More Rewards card.
