Ingredients
- 170g carrot, diced, cut into small pieces
- 1 head lettuce, cleaned, leaves separated
- 110g button mushrooms, cut into small pieces
- 230g ground pork
- 60g rice sticks, deep fried, drained
- 110g onion, diced, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 pinch black pepper, for taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Directions:
- Cook ground pork with 2 Tbsp. oil until brown.
- Add carrots, onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir well and cook until heated through.
- Season with black pepper (pork mixture).
- Arrange lettuce in a plate. Pour over pork mixture.
- Garnish with fried rice stick. Serve with Hoisin Sauce.
