



1. Thaw and remove the shell from the prawns but leave the tail intact.
2. Rinse the prawns under cold running water and then pat dry with a paper towel.
3. In a medium-mixing bowl, add the prawns, cumin, paprika, sea salt and coriander seeds. Mix well and put aside.
4. Melt the butter in a frying pan over a high heat.
5. Add the prawns. Cook and turn over, adding the chopped garlic.
6. Fry the prawns, stirring frequently for 3 – 5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink.
7. Remove from the heat and set aside until ready to assemble.
8. Cut cucumber into slices and put individual pieces flat on a cutting board or another clean surface.
9. Grab your Western Family Tzatziki and with a teaspoon scoop some onto each cucumber slice.
10. Place a cooked prawn on top of the tzatziki.
11. Sprinkle chopped cilantro overtop.
12. Serve on a platter.
Tip: You can substitute Western Family Guacamole for the tzatziki, providing another unique flavour.
