Ingredients
1 bag of Western Family Signature Jumbo Tiger Prawns
1 bottle of Western Family Seafood Cocktail Sauce
1 package of pea shoots or other fresh herbs
12 skewers/picks
12 shot glasses
Directions

 

1. Fill a saucepan with 2 litres of water and bring the water to the boil. Then add the prawns. Cook with the shell on for more flavour.

2. Reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer the prawns for 3 – 5 minutes.

3. The prawns will be cooked when they float to the top and the shells are pink with the flesh having turned white throughout.

4. Remove the prawns from the heat immediately and run them under cold water for a few seconds to stop the cooking process.

5. Once the prawns have cooled, peel them and skewer each onto a pick.

6. Add about 2 tablespoons of the seafood sauce into each shot glass.

7. Place the pea shoot or other fresh herb into the glass for garnish.

8. Top with the skewered prawn.

9. You’re ready for the party!
