Ingredients
110g zucchini, julienne
110g carrots, julienne
110g mushrooms, sliced
230g pasta rotini
110g bell peppers, julienne
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tsp Minced Ginger
4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce
2 tbsp Premium Soy Sauce
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to direction. Set aside.
  2. In a heated pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil. Add beef and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir all vegetables, Soy Sauce and Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add pasta, cook until heated through.
