Ingredients
1 tbsp (15mL) Olive oil
2 medium Chicken breasts, diced
1 jar Patak's Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
Rice to serve
Naan to serve
Cilantro to garnish
Directions
  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. Dice 2 medium chicken breasts and pan-fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 3-4 mins).
  3. Pour sauce over the meat, stir to mix well and simmer for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with cilantro.
