Ingredients
Peaches

Brie Cheese
Puff Pastry
Western Family Balsamic Glaze
Directions
Ingredients
- 3 Fresh Peaches
- 6 slices of Prosciutto
- 1 round of Brie cheese, 4” width across
- 1 package Puff Pastry, thawed to package’s directions
- 1 bottle of Western Family Balsamic Glaze
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees farenheit.
- The Puff Pastry comes in two sections, slice these apart. Sprinkle a clean surface with flour, and with a rolling pin, roll out each section into 11x7 inch rectangles. Slice each rectangle in half lengthwise, making 4 long rectangles, then place these on two parchment paper lined baking sheets. Score each edge of the pastries about 1/2 inch from the edges.
- Slice the Brie cheese in half, then slice cheese into 1/4 inch thick slices. Lay the cheese slices down the center of each pastry.
- Slice 3 ripe, fresh peaches into 1/4 inch slices. Place peaches on top of the brie cheese slices.
- Slice prosciutto into pieces, and place on top of the peaches.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 min until edges are golden. This is optional, but for an extra bit of colour, broil the tops for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the pastries with balsamic glaze. For ideal portion sizes, pastries can be sliced into 9 triangles, yielding 36 pieces in total. Feel free to slice them even smaller.
- Enjoy your juicy fresh peach appetizer!
