Ingredients
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cloves
⅛ tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 – 4 tbsp Western Family pumpkin puree
1/4 cup half & half oat coffee creamer
1/8 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
3/4 cup Western Family fresh brewed coffee, chilled in the fridge for 30-40 min (alternatively, you may cold brew your coffee overnight and strain it the following morning)
1 cup ice Water (optional - to dilute cold brew concentrate if needed)
Directions
  1. Add all Pumpkin spicy syrup ingredients to a saucepan (ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, water, sugar, and pumpkin puree), mix well, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temp., and strain through a cheesecloth.
  2. Add all cold foam ingredients (half & half oat coffee creamer, vanilla extract, and sugar) to a milk frothier and froth till it's a thick, but pourable & liquid consistency. If using a French press to make the foam, move the plunger up & down 30-40 times to make the cold foam.
  3. Put coffee ingredients into a tall glass (fresh brewed coffee, and ice water). Pour in as much pumpkin spice syrup as you'd like and stir well. Top drink with cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin spice if you wish!
