


Salmon Pesto Wrap


Ingredients
- 1 pesto wrap
- 85g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 5 Medley Tomatoes
- 2-3 ounces of Tzatziki dip

Dice the avocado into small cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine both in a bowl, then mix in the Tzatziki dip until the ingredients are thoroughly blended and evenly coated.

Lay the pesto wrap flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the avocado and tomato mixture across the wrap, then layer the smoked salmon slices on top of the avocado mixture.

Tightly roll up the wrap starting from one edge. Alternatively, fold the sides towards the center and then roll from the bottom.
