Ingredients
1 cup Only Goodness almond flour
½ cup vanilla protein powder of choice
¼ cup Western Family cream cheese, softened
¼ cup finely chopped fresh Driscoll’s strawberries
1 tsp Western Family liquid honey
½ tsp Western Family pure Madagascar vanilla extract
¼ cup Western Family honey graham crumbs (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Only Goodness almond flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder of choice
  • ¼ cup Western Family cream cheese, softened 
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh Driscoll’s strawberries 
  • 1 tsp Western Family liquid honey 
  • ½ tsp Western Family pure Madagascar vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Western Family honey graham crumbs (optional)

 

Direction

  1. mix all ingredients with whisk or hand mixer until a smooth dough is formed

  2. roll dough into one inch balls

  3. roll balls in graham crumbs (optional)

  4. enjoy!

 

Tips and Substitutions

  • if dough is too soft, thicken with additional almond flour and/or protein powder; if too thick, soften with additional strawberries
  • store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to one week
