Ingredients
2 Pizza Dough Balls
2 cups shredded Western Family Pizza Mozzarella
1/2 cup FANTINO AND MONDELLO - Sliced Cup N Crisp Pepperoni
Western Family Original Pizza Sauce
Oregano (optional)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2. Roll out each pizza dough ball into a long rectangle, roughly 6x18 inches

3. Spread pizza sauce across surface of dough

4. Sprinkle cheese across sauce, saving about 1/4 cup

5. Add pepperoni to cheese

6. Roll dough up along the long side, and cut into mini rolls the length of your loaf pans

7. Place loaves into pans and sprinkle with remaining cheese (and oregano if wanted!)

8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crust and cheese are lightly browned

9. Enjoy warm out of the oven, store in fridge, or pop into freezer in plastic or reusable zip-close bags, and take out for lunches as needed!*

Tips and Substitutions:

- * Pull out of freezer and pack into lunch kits in the morning, and your pizza loaves be thawed and ready to eat by lunch!
